PASS is a non-profit PEATC supported organization led by Talmadge Williams who is also President of the NAACP in Arlington, VA.
This organization aims to provide parents with training to be empowered and learn how to navigate the world of Public Education. P.A.S.S. recruits Allies and Allies provide training to parents. Empowered P.A.S.S. parents then participate more in their children's education.
